Virgil L. Houser, 81, of Greencastle, passed away March 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born July 18, 1940 to Clarence Lee Houser and Mary (Meadlo) Houser in Terre Haute. Virgil is survived by sons Virgil Houser (Karen) and Thomas Houser (Selena); daughters Tammy Slobodnik (Mark) and Joyce Reid (Dan Lamb); and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Virgil was a veteran of the United States Army. He loved fishing, dancing, and making his family and friends laugh.
