Wayne Kelly, 82, of Brazil passed away at 11:27 A.M. on September 10, 2017 at Exceptional Living Center of Brazil.  He was born in Shelbyville, IL on October 17, 1934 to Theo "Bud" Kelly and Georgia "Goslee" Kelly.  Wayne is survived by his ex-wife and partner, Cathy Bennett Kelly; his son, Scott Kelly (Mary) of Washougal, Washington; daughter Susan Kelly of Brazil; his brother Gary Kelly and husband Jim of Atlanta GA; two sisters, Phyllis Godwin (David) of Champaign IL, and Laura Morgan (Mike) of FL; one grandchild, Kristy Kelly and her fiancé Chris Chu of Eugene OR.  He is preceded in death by both his parents and 10 brothers and sisters.  Wayne is also survived by his loving pets, one dog Rick and one cat Romeo.  He enjoyed gardening, was a die hard St Louis Cardinals fan, loved to mushroom hunt, and also enjoyed fishing.  The family has chosen cremation with no service.
