Wendell Strawser, 69, passed away on February 11, 2022.  He was born on May 22, 1952 in Covington, IN to Jay Strawser and Silvia Taylor.  He was preceded in death by both parents; brother Leslie Strawser as well as his sister Carol Jo Strawser.  Wendell is survived by his daughter Kylie Carrithers (Michael); brother Alva "Butch" Strawser; grandchildren Jack and Charlie Carrithers, as well as nieces and nephews.  Wendell enjoyed playing golf. He liked watching all sports, especially baseball. He also liked watching true crime documentaries.  A memorial service will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 at Samaritan Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society.
