William E. "Bum" Alumbaugh Jr., 69, passed away on February 2, 2021.  He was born on July 14, 1951 to William E. "Pops" Alumbaugh Sr. and Maryjane Alumbaugh.  William is preceded in death by both parents.  He is survived by his sons William E. "Billy" Alumbaugh and Steve Alumbaugh; ex-daughter-inlaw Lydia Alumbaugh; brothers Dave Alumbaugh (Sandy) and Don Alumbaugh (Jeanann); granddaughter Ashleigh Alumbaugh, grandson Gunar Alumbaugh (Madi), granddaughter Leigha Alumbaugh; great-children Mallory Alumbaugh and Orion Alumbaugh; nieces and nephews Ryan and Chad Klophenstein, Mandy Travelstead, Andrea Alumbaugh, and Torrey Hayden.  William was an avid golfer, at one point he held the course record at Matthews Park in Clinton with a score of 63.  He loved the St. Louis Cardinals and the green Bay Packers, he was a loyal lifelong fan.  William was always the life of the party any situation and never met a stranger.  Beloved by many of the people he came in touch with.  He definitely lived life his way and was original.  He will be dearly missed and remembered for the many good times and laughs.  A celebration of life for William will be held at Imperial Lanes on February 20th starting at 3 PM.
