William "Bill" Perry Rogers of West Terre Haute passed away unexpectedly surrounded by his family on November 12, 2018 at the age of 57. Bill was born on August 11, 1961 to Joseph Perry and Lillian May (Jackson) Rogers. In 1979 he married Teresa Raley Nichols and this union produced two children, Heather May Rogers and William Francis Rogers, also two grandchildren, Savannah Rose Rogers and Devin Perry Lawson. Bill worked for Paitson's for many years as a roofer until his accident in 1988 which left him unable to work.

Bill is survived by both his children, Heather Rogers and William Rogers; grandchildren, Savannah Rogers and Devin Lawson; brothers, Jury Sollars (Lila), Tommy Rogers (Gladys), Robert Rogers, and Johnny Rogers (Mary); a special friend, Sharon Rogers and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Rogers (Theresa) and his parents, Joe and Lillian Rogers.

Bill loved to play cards, and had a passion for drag racing and motorcycles in his younger years. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends. His mischievous smile and his quick wit will be forever in our hearts and memories. No services are scheduled at this time and cremation has been chosen.
