William Cloyce Walls III, 71, passed away February 27, 2023.  He was Born in Indianapolis, IN to William Cloyce Walls II and Jean Ann Jacobs March 30, 1951.  He was preceded in death by both parents; brother Jeffrey Jacobs, and sister Rebecca Sue Walls.   He is survived by his wife Denise Walls; daughters Lorrie Burton, Angelina Murray; step-children Jessica Pollard and Justin Shoop; sister Lisa Jacobs; 2 brothers Steve Walls and Jimmy Jacobs; grandchildren Brittany-Ann Burton, Tiffany Richardson, Kimberly Houghton, Samantha Murray, Melina Murray, beloved dog Milo-they had a special bond; great-grandchildren Bailey, Maddie, Cooper, Chastin, Layla, and Karter.  Bill was a loyal and providing husband and father who enjoyed working on projects outside. Bill was a master mechanic with 45 years of service at Republic in Indianapolis training and being the expert in his field and workplace, he always was a go to for knowledge. When he wasn't working, He kept busy with outdoor projects with his knowledge of mechanics at his home, often helping take care of the neighbors, roads, anything to lend a helping hand. He liked to use his twisted sense of humor to make people laugh. He also took in many dogs throughout the years. He was an expert with tools, mechanics, motors, anything that required putting together. If there was something he didn't know how to fix , he always figured it out.
