Yvonne Sue Cartwright, 60, passed away on February 2, 2026. She was born on February 20, 1965 in Terre Haute to Thomas and Linda (Orndorff) Powers.

She is survived by her daughters Leslie, Ashley (Laird), and Brittany (Dempsey) and their father Steve; mother Linda, siblings Kevin (Candy), Mike (Rita), Daryle, Debbie (Johnny), Tina (Kenny), and Jennifer; grandchildren Collin, Taylor, Cole, Camden, Alexis, Dylan, and Chase; long time special friend Jerry "Gator" Reedy, 23 nieces and nephews, 29 great nieces and nephews, several life-long friends, and beloved dog Sophie.

She is preceded in death by her father Thomas, nephew Travis Landes, son-in-law Eric Forrest, and brother-in-law Tommy Landes.

Cremation has been entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at the later date.
