Anissa "Jill" Spivey

Anissa Jill Spivey, 53, of Terre Haute Indiana passed away on May 15, 2021 at her home.

She was born on February 24,1968 to Carolyn S. Chilton and William O. Spivey.  She is preceded in death by her father who passed away in 1988 and her grandmother Francis L. Tharp who passed away in 2004.  Anissa Jill is survived by her children, Jeremy Hatfield and Carol Woods (Charles); grandchildren, Kaidence Hatfield, Gabrielle Hatfield, Macie Styles and Elyssa Styles.  She is also survived by her siblings William Spivey, Amy Bridwell (Dwayne), Randall Spivey (Tammy) and Sacha Chilton-Fugate (Jeff), Christopher Spivey, as well as several nieces and nephews.  She will be deeply missed by her loving dog and faithful companion, Daisy.

To honor her memory, we’d like to invite friends and family to join us at her favorite park for “potluck” cookout.  We’ll share our favorite stories about her and release balloons in her honor. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 12 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Hawthorne Park Burkeybyle Shelter, Terre Haute Indiana.   We encourage guests to bring their favorite dish to the celebration to share.
