Austin Michael Woods, 25, passed away on September 21, 2025. He was born on March 8, 2000 in Kokomo, IN to Michael Woods and Jennifer (Highers) Woods. Austin graduated from Cloverdale High School in 2018. He went on to Vincennes University and Indiana State University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. He enjoyed working with LEGOs, and he also loved to go camping and take walks.

He is survived by his mother Jennifer Woods, brother Trevor Woods, grandmother Hilda Bailey, uncle Jeff Highers, and aunt Angie Davis.

He is preceded in death by his father Michael Woods, and grandfathers Bill Woods, Dayton Highers, and John Bailey, as well as his grandmother Naomi Woods. 

Cremation has been entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 10 am at Vincennes Memorial Park. Online condolences can be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com.
