Beverly Taylor, age 62, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at Signature Heatlhcare.  Born in Detroit, Michigan, Beverly was one of nine children born to Tommy Lee and Georgia Hodge.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings: Brenda, Bennie, and Ralph Hodge.  Beverly is survived by five siblings: Renell Lumpkin, Tommie Thorpe, Patricia Hodge, Gerald Hodge, and Georgette Hodge.

A proud graduate of Catherine Ferguson Academy in Detroit (Class of 1986), Beverly later earned an associate degree in Data Processing and Medical Coding from Lake Tech in Eustits, Florida.

Beverly was twice married and preceded in death by both husbands, Albert James Moore and Andrea Taylor.  She also mourned the loss of her son, Cedric James Moore.

Her surviving children include Allen and Amie Hodge of Indiana, Montoyia Moore and Shawn O’Malley of Mississippi, and her youngest son, Michael Moore of Florida.  Beverly was also blessed with six grandchildren: Deonte & Allena Hodge, Victoria, Brayden, Shane, Rayden, and great-grandson Zyyir.

Beverly found joy in music, travel, swimming, and spending time with her cherished family.  Her warm, giving spirit touched everyone who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.

Her memory will live on through the love she gave and the lives she uplifted.
