Billy Lee Barnett, Sr., 60, of Washington, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 surrounded by his beloved family.  Billy was born May 31, 1965 to Marcia Kaye Higgins Fleming.  He grew up in Pennsylvania.  Billy loved country music and dancing.  He enjoyed  playing poker and pool.  Working in constuction for many years he also had a love of big trucks. Most of all, Billy was a family man.  Being a father and grandfather meant everything to him.

He is survived by his fiancee Makayla Morgan, son Billy Barnett, Jr. (Mandy) and their children Austin, Aiden, Abigail, Haylee, Aryhanna, and Axl; Ashley Barnett (Derrick) and their children Addison, Dominnick, and Camden; Jerry Barnett (Katlynne) and their children Thaiden and one baby boy on the way, Erin Barnett and her children Arthur, Ava, and Alaric, Andrew Barnett; and Azariah Barnett who was just brought into the world; siblings Debbie Beckner (David) and Vernon Bedillion.  Billy was preceded in death by his mother, siblings P.H. Bedillion, Michael Barnett, Dawn Bedillion, Kathy Erwin.
