She was a beacon of joy to all who knew her, characterized by her loud and outspoken nature. Carmen had a profound love for her dogs, treating them as cherished members of her family.
Carmen was the beloved mother of Richard, Lisa, Robert, and Marie. She leaves behind a legacy as a grandmother and great-grandmother to many. She is survived by her siblings Virgie, Mona, Dolores, and Gabriel. Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents, Maria and Richard; her brothers, Richard and Frankie; and her son, Richard.
Throughout her life, Carmen had a passion for engaging in activities such as bingo, visiting casinos, and dancing. Always telling jokes, you could count on her to make you laugh. She also was an exceptional cook, known for her open-door policy where she joyfully cooked for anyone who visited her home.
