It is with great mourning that we announce the passing of Charlotte Gorby. She passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025 in her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on October 25, 1960 in Owen Co., IN to Lee-roy Wall and Shirley Shepard. Charlotte fought so hard against her battle with cancer, but Jesus was ready to call her home to Heaven.

She loved creating with her own hands; she loved cooking, sewing clothes and blankets, and painting pictures for her family. The art she created was an overflow of her heart to her hands. She loved spending time with her family. During those times, she loved watching movies with her grandchildren and having the girls paint her nails. Her family was her world.

The legacy that she leaves is a testament to her devotion to her husband Bobby “Dean” Gorby, children Joe Klass (Tessa Klass), William Klass (Dusti Klass), Marquita Norris; grandchildren Justyce, Virginia, Wyatt, Donte, Sean, Phynix, Kal-el, Joyce, Alex, Madilyn, and Ezra; and great-granddaughter Phoebe. She is also survived by her siblings David Wall, Jerry Wall, Roger Wall, and Kathryn Stearley. She is preceded in death by his brother Ron Wall.

The celebration of life will be held at Cory Church of the Nazarene in Cory, Indiana.
