Cheryl King Obituary

Cheryl J. King, 77, of Terre Haute passed away Friday, April 22, 2022 at Union Hospital surrounded by family. She was born September 6, 1944 in Santa Maria, California to David C. King and Betty J. King.

Cheryl was very special to a lot of people. She was independent and strong willed. You could talk to her about anything. If you needed anything and she was able to help, she would. Cheryl loved to play Bingo. She will be missed by so many.

She is survived by her children, sons Tom Gonzalez (Tracy) and Tony Morales, daughter Tara Freytes; grandchildren Breanna Sartor (Shane), Ashlyn Palmer, Jessica Stewart, and Austin Stewart; great-grandchildren Jaxon, Aviana, Xavier, Dustin, and Karrigan; brother David King and sister Deb Phalen. Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
