Darla Marlene Baker was a loving mother, g'ma, and daughter. She left this world suddenly on January 12, 2025 at the age of 57. Her uplifting spirit and love of life left a beacon of light for her family and friends. Music was her passion, she was gifted with an amazing voice and can now sing in the angels choir.

Darla is survived by her brother, and his family, and two beautiful daughters, Nakoa and Devan. She was a proud G'ma to her three grandchildren, Aaliyah, Lyric, and Braxton. She was preceded in death by her mother, Teresa and her father.

Her spirit will continue to live on through her family and many close friends. Darla was a friend to everyone she met and will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
