Darrell Edward Elrod, 67, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday June 22, 2025 in his residence. He was retired from the Bricklayers Local #4. Darrell was born February 20, 1958 in Terre Haute to Woodrow and Lucy (Stockwell) Elrod. He is survived by his wife, Anita (Mundell) Elrod; daughter, Jamie Elrod (Mark Brown); son, Scott Elrod (Jessica); sisters, Donna Baker (Larry) and Sharon Marlow (Tom); brother, Woodrow Elrod, Jr.; grandchildren, Brandon, Devin, Ashley, Cody, Scott Jr., and Lydia; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Andy, and several nieces and nephews. Darrell enjoyed fishing, hunting, and mushroom hunting. Cremation has been chosen. Online condolences may be left at www.samaritanfunerals.com
