Herman Leon Coan, Jr., 69, of Cloverdale, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.  He was born to Herman Coan, Sr. and Phyliss Faye (Boren) Coan on February 18, 1956 in Paris, Illinois.  Herman married the love of his life, Peggy (McKeehan) Coan on September 10, 1994.  In his free time he enjoyed shooting and fishing.

Herman is preceded in death by both of his parents and brother-in-law Jerry.

Herman is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; daughter Kerri Baker (Ryan); step-sons Anthony Vermillion (Amanda) and Nicholas Vermillion; sisters Barbara and Debbie (Dean); grandchildren Isabelle, Kayleb, Evelyn, Austin, and Alexis.

Herman will be missed by many.
