Homer Lee Johnson, Jr., 72, of Terre Haute passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at his home surrounded by family.  He was born January 29, 1952, in Clinton to Homer Johnson, Sr. and Alma Haltom Johnson.  Homer worked for the Painter’s Union Local 197.  He was an amazing musician and songwriter.  He also loved studying scripture. Homer was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. 

Homer is survived by his wife of 48 years, Robin Johnson; son Michael J. Johnson (Rachel), daughter Melissa A. Noble (John), granddaughter Bryleigh Johnson, and grandson Ezra Johnson.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gary L. Johnson, and sister Marilyn Alkire.

Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home.
