Howard Lewis Gray was born on September 25, 1946, in Morgan County, IN to Samuel and Lorean (Fox) Gray. His last wish was to make it home for Christmas, and he did just that. On December 29, 2024, Howard passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family.

Howard loved hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed woodworking and even built his own cabin.

He is survived by his daughter Lisa Garrison (Wesley), sons Todd Gray, Howard Douglas Gray (Ronnie), and Travis Gray (Danett); sisters Rebecca Smtih and Raelene Gray; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his wife Wilma Irene Gray and both parents.
