James A Kasinger Obituary
James Kasinger, 77, of Billet, IL passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at his home.
He was born on February 25, 1947, to Raymond and Mary (Bloodsoe) Kasinger.
He served in the Army for 5 years and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from Champion Labs in West Salem, IL.
He was always busy tinkering, spending time at the lake, or driving River Road with his dogs.
Besides his parents he was proceeded in death by his son James “Jimmy” Kasinger II, brother Sherrill, John, and Bill.
Surviving include his wife of 56 years Susan (Ackman) Kasinger, three sons; Darrin (Pam) Kasinger of Muscatine, IA, Brian (Carrie) Kasinger of Princeton, IN, Charles (Laura) Kasinger of West Salem, WI, and a daughter Annette Kasinger of Billet, IL, brother Vance Kasinger of Bridgeport, IL, sisters Bertha Gerald of Vincennes, IN and Gayle Potts of St Francisville, IL, eight grandchildren Tanner, Kourtney, Raylynn, Lilly, Charles, Reggie, Christopher, and Chase. Three great grandchildren Tilly, Amiyah, and Kash.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later day.
