Jane Craig Frost, 80, of Bainbridge, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2024 in Terre Haute, Indiana, with family by her side.

Born October 20, 1944 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she was the daughter of Harry and Virginia Offutt. She was raised in Vero Beach, Florida alongside her four siblings: Harry “Sonny”, John, Virginia “Tottie”, and Andrew. During her childhood, she was passionate about swimming, even being a lifeguard with her spare time. Jane also enjoyed singing, dancing, cooking, and going on family trips.

Jane married the love of her life, Harvey “James” Frost on June 2, 1960 and had three children together. She was a lover of Jesus and an avid church-goer. In her spare time, Jane could be found crocheting, working on word searches, or reading.

Jane is preceded in death by both parents, her husband, and both parent-in-laws, Warren “Harvey” and Pearl Frost.

She is survived by her three children: James “Destry” Frost, Lesa Delong (Chuck), and Shayne Frost; six grandchildren: James Lawrence, Dylan Lawrence (Heather), Eric Frost, Cameron Frost, Cassidy Clements (Jordan), and Craig Frost (Sara); 11 great-grandchildren; and two sister-in-laws: Betty McAlister and Shirley Frost.

Services will begin at 1 PM on Monday, January 13th, 2025 at the Church of the Nazarene located at 580 South County Road 100 East, Greencastle, Indiana 46135.
