Jay Adam Grigsby, 47, of Brazil, Indiana passed away Monday September 30, 2024 in Gibson Hospice Center. He was born June 26, 1977 in Brazil, Indiana to Larry and Barbara (Siddons) Grigsby. Jay is survived by his mother, Barbara Grigsby; daughters, Breanna Kohler, Shyanne Grigsby, and Savannah Grigsby; sons, Tyler Kohler and Bryson Kohler; sister, Rebekah Grigsby; four grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and he had a lot of friends. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Larry Grigsby. Jay enjoyed fishing, camping, and boating. He loved his dogs and he attended Good News Church with his mother. Per Jay’s request a Celebration of Life was held while he was still living and able to enjoy his family and friends. Cremation has now been chosen.
