Jewell E. Stone, 68, of Montezuma passed away Tuesday May 16, 2023 in Union Hospital. He was born November 23, 1954 in Paducah, Kentucky to William G. Stone and Edna (Mallott) Lamb. Jewell is survived by daughters, Mary Shin (Seongmin) and Grace Stone; step-sons, William Mayberry and Josh Mayberry; brothers, Jackie Stone (Dawn), David Stone (Heather), and Steve Stone; nieces and nephews, Abby Stone, Melissa Stone, William C. Stone, Autumn Snodgrass, Shawna Dowell, Kimberly Butcher, Donald Butcher, Stephanie Burns, Chy Stone, Brian Williams and many extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, William C. Stone. Jewell enjoyed fishing and spending time with his dogs. Visitation will be Tuesday May 23, 2023 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Keith officiating.
