Karley Faith Lewis, 22, passed away Wednesday April 2, 2025 in Union Hospital. She was born January 13, 2003 in Terre Haute. Karley is survived by her mother, Kristin Alkire; father, Randy Lewis (Kelley); brothers, Wesley Lewis and Austin Lewis; stepbrothers, JT Stewart and Markis Renshaw; maternal grandmother, Nancy Alkire and several aunts, uncles, special cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gary Alkire, paternal grandmother, Diana Ramey and paternal grandfather, Richard Lewis. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
