Kathryn Eva LouAnn Fortin

Kathryn was born on May 24th, 2021 in Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her journey ended after a fierce fight to survive on May 30th, 2021. Survivors include her mother Jessi Woodcock, her father David Fortin, grandmother Lisa Pershing, grandfather Steve Pershing, grandfather Steve Woodcock, grandmother Eva Fortin, grandfather Ron Correll, great grandmother Bertha Wolfe, brothers Dolton Fortin, Timothy Fortin, sisters Hailee Fortin, Emma Fortin,  uncle Michael Fortin, aunt Lisa Wenzel, and many great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by great grandmothers Kathryn Woodcock, Donna Ingle, great grandfathers Arnold Ingle, Donald Woodcock and James Fortin.  She was only here for a short time on Earth, but she made a huge impact on a lot of people’s lives. She was loved beyond words and will be missed tremendously.

Visitation will be Friday June 4, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in Samaritan Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
