Kenneth Fredrick Goetz, 75, passed away on February 9, 2026. He was born on November 29, 1950 in Terre Haute to Fred Goetz and Nina (Wise) Goetz. Kenneth was a proud Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army, where he earned the Bronze Medal, Distinguished Service Medal, and Purple Heart Medal.


Kenneth worked as a maintenance operator for 38 years. Outside of his career, he enjoyed fishing, watching birds, and building model cars. He also liked watching westerns and listening to music. He was an avid Steelers fan as well.


He is survived by his children Eric Goetz, Noah Goetz, Annie Sarris, Melissa Barr, Leon Kirkley, and Floyd Manuel; brothers Jerry Goetz, David Goetz, and Terry Goetz, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.


He is preceded in death by his wife Paula Goetz, sister Phyllis, and both parents.
