Leroy Taylor Obituary

Leroy Taylor, 89, passed away surrounded by his family and loved ones on November 3, 2024. He was born on February 6, 1935, in Terre Haute to General Taylor and Elsie (Holland) Taylor. Leroy married Annetta (Johnson) Taylor on September 25, 1958. He loved fishing, barbequing, and talking about the Bible. He was also very artistic.


He is survived by his wife of 66 years, children Anthony Patton, Leroy Taylor Jr., Clint Taylor, and Alex Taylor; siblings Mary Tyler, Jack Taylor, and Richard Taylor; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.


He is preceded in death by his parents, his son Leroy Taylor Jr, and siblings, Carrie Tyler, Earlene Howard, and General Taylor Jr.
