Martie "Martie B." Lee Brummett

Martie "Martie B." Lee Brummett, 62, passed away in her home on January 15, 2025.  She was born on April 26, 1962 to Nellie Cordell (Gidos) and Jesse James Gregory.  She worked different jobs during her life but enjoyed accounting.  She also loved crafts, baking cookies, and holidays with family.  A new passion was going to the new casino in Terre Haute with friends and family.  She was in hospice for over a year and cared for by sister Carol Phillips.  Survived by Jerry Brummett, 2 daughters, Sara Scott (Aaron) and Samantha Swapp (Sam), 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.  Sisters Carol Phillips, Laura Prado (Mark), brother Glenn Michael Gregory (Virginia), and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by both mother and father, 3 brothers, Larry Gregory, Gary Gregory, and Robert Gregory, and 2 sisters, Cheryl Gregory and Cathy Green.

She will be missed by so many but is with the angels watching over us and with our family above.
