Patsy Nischan Light, 74, passed away May 5, 2020 in her home. Patsy was born on March 13, 1946 to Albert S. Nischan and Frances Barwick-Nischan in Owensboro, KY. She is survived by her loving husband, Gary Light; two children Galen Paolini (Brandy) and Stacy Pearce (Gabe); grandchildren Dylan Bell (Kerrigan), Emily Bell, Nick Townzen, Layla Bell, and Aiden and Ava, as well as Hannah and Tom Jr.; step children Michael Light, Tom Light, and Tammy Lloyd (Alex) .; and 5 great-grandchildren. Her brother Norman Nischan(Wendy) and sister Eva Krevenko(Bob). Patsy volunteered at Clay Count Food Pantry. She also worked at Res-Care and was Co-owner of the Treasure Chest Antiques. Patsy had numerous interest, crafting, jewelry making, and going to antique markets. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and she enjoyed sharing with others her hope in the future that Jesus described in Rev. 21:4 “ And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor crying nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away;”
