Penny M. Fuller Stultz, 62, born October 16, 1962, in Terre Haute, to Russell E. Fuller and Dorothy I. Lawhorn Fuller, made her way into Heaven on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, with her family by her side.
Penny had been a devoted housewife to Robert E. Stultz since December 20, 2002. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert; daughters Amanda Fuller (Ryan) and Nicole L. Bigler (Willard) both of Terre Haute; two stepchildren Eric Stultz (Lisa) of Denton, Texas and Melissa Stultz (Ryan) of Bentonville, Arkansas. She also left behind nine grandchildren, Jarred Fuller (Callie), Maycie Willard (Travis), Kaycie Willard, Hailey Allard, Ariah Bigler, Karsen Bigler, Morgann Bigler, Adalinn Bigler, and Natlaia Bigler of Terre Haute; step grandchildren Gretha and Toby of Denton, Texas and Salomon of Bentonville, Arkansas; great grandchildren Ryan, Kairi, Payzlei, Zion, Axl, Zayda, Emri, and Naminé; sisters Shawna Fuller and Jessica Phillips (Brock) of Terre Haute, and Donna Daub of Noblesville; brothers Lonney Fuller (Samantha) and Justin Fuller of Terre Haute.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Jan Burk, Marcie Fuller and Loyce Pridemore, and brother Terry Matteson. Penny’s sister Marcie was tragically murdered in 1985. The case was never solved and Penny sadly carried that burden her whole life. They are all reunited in Heaven.
In Penny’s free time, spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching old game shows and when watching the news Penny was known to call people to let them know what was going on. She was the self-proclaimed neighborhood watch team. Penny was devoted to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to play pool. Penny and her team won the local championship and was able to fly with her husband and her team for the first and only time to Vegas. She was very social and caring to all she knew. Penny had more adopted grandchildren than one could count. She was so caring and compassionate even to people she didn’t know. Her love and friendship will be missed by so many.
Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2025 at Samaritan Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service will begin at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Pringle officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Lawn Cemetery.
