Rebekah Joan (Baker) Liford, 73, affectionately known as Becky Jo, was born in Terre Haute on February 25, 1951 and passed from this life on December 19, 2024.
She was a graduate of Gerstmeyer High School.
Becky was a runaway bride at the age of 15 to Jesse James Liford in Jamestown, Tennessee on October 29, 1966, and they were married for 58 years.
She was a loving mother, gram, aunt, cousin, sister, and best friend.
As a faithful servant of God, she served as a Sunday School teacher, church bus driver, and decorator. Becky had worked as a telephone operator, school bus driver, legal secretary, and business owner of That Little Shop in Greencastle, Indiana.
She leaves behind her husband Jesse J. Liford, daughter Krista Liford Galloway, son-in-law Clint Galloway, grandson Kory Janes Galloway, and all who knew and loved her.
She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
