Buckey, 66, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24,2026, at home with family by his side, after a short illness. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, fishing. He loved the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He worked with Southard Homes for 12 years, and was a painter before that. He is survived by brothers ,Jimmy, Jerry (Tammy) Mickey and sisters Debi Clark(Ronho) Denita Pegg and Lori Archer, and his extended family Nikki, Steven, Summer,and Zander Ray. Buckey was preceded in death by his parents Jim and Ollie Archer and brothers Mike Ensminger, Bill Archer, David Archer, Freddie Archer, Denny Archer. Buckey will be missed so very much. A celebration of life will be at a later date. Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at samaritanfunerals.com
